Full Stack Developer – .NET & Angular

Our client, a public sector organization focused on environmental and agricultural management, is looking for a developer to join their digitalization team. The role involves developing and maintaining critical web applications that support policy implementation and financial administrative processes. The responsibilities include translating functional specifications into robust technical designs, developing new functionalities for both existing and new web applications, ensuring technical solutions align with established architecture, standards, and frameworks, performing coding, testing, and debugging tasks both collaboratively and independently, and maintaining transparent and open communication within a cross-functional development team.

The requirements are 3+ years of backend development with .NET, C#, .NET Core, and WebAPI, 3+ years of frontend development using Angular version 20 or higher, 3+ years of data integration using EF Core and Oracle databases, a degree or certification in computer science or equivalent professional experience in .NET environments, and native Dutch proficiency. Nice to have are experience with CQRS and NGRX architecture patterns, practical experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment, familiarity with Elasticsearch and AGGrid, and knowledge of GitHub Copilot for development productivity.

The offer includes a start date of 01/12/2026, a duration of 7 months, full-time work regime, location Brussels, hybrid working model with remote options, and a contract open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
