Omschrijving
Our client, a prominent organization in the public housing sector, is seeking a technical leader to guide an Agile development team through a digital transformation. This role balances application architecture with team leadership and hands-on delivery to drive high-quality cloud-native solutions.
Responsibilities: - Define and safeguard technical architecture and design guidelines within the development team. - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-quality solutions, ensuring compliance with technical standards. - Lead and coach software developers to foster technical growth and a culture of shared responsibility. - Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to evaluate technical feasibility and prioritize sprint goals. - Design and implement complex technical solutions using modern integration patterns and cloud practices. - Manage technical impediments and drive the continuous improvement of the development lifecycle.
