Eisen
- 3+ years of professional experience in functional analysis, including the production of user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules
- Fluent English at a C1 level with at least B2 level proficiency in Dutch or French
- Professional experience specifying system-to-system integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML
- Experience in working within a delivery model where functional analysis is distinct from business analysis
- Experience using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence to author and maintain technical specifications

Omschrijving
Our client, a prominent organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is looking for a Functional Analyst to join their real-time operations team. The role focuses on translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications for a critical incident management and traffic monitoring project.
Responsibilities: - Review incoming business and user requirements to ensure completeness, consistency, and technical feasibility. - Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and system behavior. - Specify system-to-system integrations, including interface payloads, error handling, and non-functional performance constraints. - Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to maintain clarity and resolve implementation questions. - Maintain project documentation and support defect review and User Acceptance Testing campaigns. - Perform data investigations and validate business rules by directly querying systems.
