Our client, a major organization within the Public Transport sector, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join its Transport Solutions department. You will play a key role in supporting and documenting compliance initiatives related to CyFun and NIS2 requirements. The mission focuses on ensuring that application systems are properly documented, auditable, and aligned with regulatory and cybersecurity standards. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Responsibilities include gathering and consolidating information from multiple stakeholders and sources, transforming fragmented information into structured, auditable documentation, bridging the gap between operational implementations and compliance requirements, designing documentation templates and ensuring documentation quality and consistency, organizing and facilitating workshops with operational and technical teams, identifying evidence sources and validating traceability requirements, preparing compliance and audit documentation packages, contributing to governance activities related to NIS2 and cybersecurity initiatives, and supporting project teams by ensuring compliance documentation remains complete and up to date. Required experience includes extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, strong documentation and requirements management skills, experience working in large enterprise environments, ability to facilitate workshops and interact with multiple stakeholder groups, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Technical and methodology skills include UML, ITIL, process analysis and documentation, governance and compliance frameworks, and requirements gathering and traceability management. Language requirements are excellent French, excellent Dutch, and good English. The ideal profile is structured and detail-oriented, with strong communication and facilitation skills, comfortable in compliance-driven environments, persistent and proactive when gathering information from stakeholders, and able to produce high-quality documentation suitable for audits and regulatory reviews. Nice to have includes experience within the Public Transport sector, knowledge of NIS2 requirements, experience with cybersecurity governance or compliance initiatives, and experience supporting audit readiness programs. The working model is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days onsite in Brussels, with long-term potential and possible extensions beyond the initial engagement.
