Omschrijving
This role is for a Senior Business Analyst to support and document compliance initiatives related to CyFun and NIS2 requirements within the Transport Solutions department of a major organization in the Public Transport sector. Responsibilities include gathering and consolidating information from stakeholders, transforming fragmented information into structured, auditable documentation, bridging operational implementations and compliance requirements, designing documentation templates, organizing workshops, identifying evidence sources, preparing compliance and audit documentation packages, and contributing to governance activities for NIS2 and cybersecurity. Required experience: extensive experience as Senior Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, strong documentation and requirements management skills, experience in large enterprise environments, ability to facilitate workshops, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Technical skills: UML, ITIL, process analysis and documentation, governance and compliance frameworks, requirements gathering and traceability management. Languages: excellent French, excellent Dutch, good English. Ideal profile includes structured and detail-oriented, strong communication, persistent and proactive. Nice to have: experience in public transport, NIS2 knowledge, cybersecurity governance, audit readiness support. Working model: hybrid, minimum 2 days onsite in Brussels, long-term potential with possible extensions.
