Eisen

Omschrijving
The client, a leading international organization, is seeking a Functional Analyst to support the rollout of a standardized digital template across their European operations. The project focuses on optimizing sales processes through a phased implementation journey that emphasizes knowledge continuity and business support. Responsibilities include supporting business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for O2C processes, acting as the primary point of contact for functional questions, analyzing issues and clarifying system behavior, coordinating with senior functional analysts and IT teams to manage defects, assisting in documentation and knowledge transfer, and participating in workshops and rollout sessions for international deployments. Requirements include 1+ years of experience in functional analysis or business process management, initial exposure to SAP or similar ERP, knowledge of Order-to-Cash workflows (Order Management and Billing), experience supporting UAT, proactive communication skills, and analytical mindset with eagerness to learn SAP S/4HANA configuration. Nice-to-haves include exposure to international rollouts, understanding of Finance integration or P2P, and experience in automotive or manufacturing.
