Global Ocean Visibility Platform Lead

Our Client is a fast-growing European food company specializing in innovative frozen snacks. With a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and consumer trends, GoodLife Foods develops market-leading products enjoyed by customers across Europe. We are seeking an experienced Platform Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of the company's Global Ocean Visibility Platform. In this hands-on role, you will ensure platform performance, data accuracy, and user engagement while supporting the transition into a sustainable operational model.

The position involves close collaboration with global stakeholders, vendors, and regional teams, ensuring the platform delivers maximum value.

Responsibilities: act as the main owner of the platform, responsible for performance, data integrity, and user support; manage the transition from hypercare to steady-state BAU operations, establishing governance and escalation procedures; oversee data quality across the platform, ensuring accuracy from ERP systems and ocean carriers, and resolving data issues; serve as the key liaison with the SaaS vendor, managing SLAs, KPIs, and ongoing platform improvements; conduct regular performance reviews, prepare reports, and present updates to senior stakeholders in global townhalls and leadership forums; drive user engagement and adoption by developing training, building regional champions, and supporting change management initiatives; track platform value through metrics such as data quality, user adoption, and operational impact, and present these findings to leadership.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field; at least five years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation roles, preferably involving SaaS platforms or TMS; hands-on experience managing or operating a SaaS platform, with a focus on data quality, user support, and vendor relationship management; strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate confidently across different levels of a global organization; proven change management and user engagement skills in large, distributed teams; analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently on platform stabilization.
