Omschrijving
The role is part of a strategic global programme to change the way commercial relationships are managed, moving lower-tier accounts from in-person to remote/online support models. The selected candidate will join a small, high-calibre team of three Regional Programme/Project Managers, working alongside two existing team members (one permanent, one contractor), reporting into the programme lead. Ownership of deployment across regions starting with the Americas, APAC, and Southern Europe, with each market running through a c.3-month intensive delivery phase followed by ongoing support. Core responsibilities include analysing regional account data to identify customers moving to the new support model, leading change management and communications plans for affected customers and internal stakeholders, building and executing project plans (scope, milestones, resourcing) for each market deployment, acting as the go-to contact for the markets, managing risks, dependencies, and reporting, and navigating a traditional, long-tenured organisational culture while bringing structure and pace. Required: strong change management background (training, communications, stakeholder engagement), solid project/programme management experience (3-5+ years) ideally with global or multi-market delivery, and comfort in a fast-paced, largely virtual, global team. Plus: industry background in manufacturing, automotive, or pharma; system implementation or 'ways of working' rollout experience; PMP, Agile, IPMA or similar certification. The contract is for 12 months, fully remote, £450-475 per day, outside IR35. Process: 2 stage interview.
