Head of Farmer Support and Service Management

Role Description: We are seeking a proactive and experienced leader to oversee and enhance our farmer support teams in the Netherlands and Belgium. The Head of Farmer Support and Service Management will drive the development of a modern, service-focused organization that strengthens member relationships, identifies new opportunities, and ensures exceptional support for dairy farmers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and implement strategic initiatives in an international, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop the Field Account Manager teams across the Netherlands and Belgium. Support team members in transitioning towards a more commercially driven and service-oriented approach. Strengthen engagement and retention among member dairy farmers. Drive continuous improvements in service quality and operational efficiency. Initiate and lead projects aimed at service enhancement and excellence. Identify new commercial opportunities and translate these into actionable strategies.

Contribute to the evolution of the farmer engagement strategy and service model. Promote best practice sharing and enhance collaboration between Dutch and Belgian teams. Maintain a close understanding of challenges faced by dairy farmers and the agricultural sector. Collaborate internally to refine processes and optimize service delivery.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant leadership and commercial experience. Strong background in team management and change management. Familiarity with the agricultural sector, especially dairy farming, is preferred. Proven ability to develop and motivate teams within a multicultural setting. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative working style. Fluent in Dutch (mandatory).

Ability to start immediately for a 6-month temporary assignment.
