HR Data Analyst

De opdracht betreft een HR Data Analyst rol voor het bouwen en verbeteren van het HR People Dashboard in Power BI en het ondersteunen van datagedreven besluitvorming binnen HR. Standplaats is Amersfoort, regio Utrecht, Flevoland.

Profiel van de geschikte interim professional: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics or a related field; Relevant experience in People Analytics, HR reporting or a similar analytics translator role; Good understanding of HR processes, HR data and common people KPIs; Solid hands-on Power BI experience within an HR or People Analytics setting; Experience with data preparation, data modelling, DAX, dashboard development, testing and visualisation; Track record in stakeholder and requirements management with HR Business Partners, Centres of Expertise and senior HR stakeholders; Skill in translating business questions into data questions and practical deliverables; Strong analytical ability for spotting patterns and drivers in people data; Focus on data quality, KPI consistency, validation and documentation; Experience explaining analytical concepts to audiences with varying data knowledge; Experience designing or running data literacy or analytics sessions; Ability to coach or guide interns on analytical or Power BI work; Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Python or R experience is a plus.

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden: Serve as the primary contact for HR Business Partners on dashboard needs; Collect, question and record stakeholder requirements; Convert HR business needs into KPIs, filters, drill-downs and acceptance criteria; Build Power BI dashboards independently, covering data prep, modelling, DAX measures, visualisation, testing and documentation; Coordinate KPI definitions, releases and user acceptance testing; Draw up and carry out the launch plan for the People Dashboard; Prepare communication, user guidance and demonstrations for stakeholders; Turn HR questions into analytical questions and suitable approaches; Perform ad hoc people analyses to uncover patterns and insights; Check analytical results for accuracy and consistency; Present findings to HR stakeholders; Coach interns working on Power BI and people analysis; Work together with People Analytics Translators, BI developers, interns and a data engineer; Organise and lead one data-driven inspiration session for the HR community.
