HR NFR Consultant FT

As a Process & Governance Expert, you will help create structure, transparency, and consistency across critical end to end global HR NFR processes. You will analyze existing ways of working, document and redesign processes, coordinate with numerous stakeholders across entities, and help establish sustainable governance practices. You are someone who can work independently, navigate ambiguity, engage a large number of stakeholders, and translate complex activities into clear, structured process documentation and practical solutions.

Key responsibilities include: Process Design & Documentation - analyze existing HR Non-Financial Risk processes, design/document/maintain end-to-end process flows, develop high-quality process documentation including SOPs, RACI matrices, process maps, governance documentation, and end-to-end operating models; Governance & Stakeholder Management - coordinate activities across a large network of stakeholders, facilitate discussions, act as trusted partner to HR and Non-Financial Risk stakeholders globally, support governance activities and recurring risk management cycles; Reporting, Data & Automation - build and maintain dashboards, improve efficiency through automation, utilize Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, and Power Platform, support scalable reporting solutions, perform data validation and reconciliation.

Must-haves include: proven ability to work independently, strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, at least mid-level experience in process design & mapping, hands-on experience with data validation, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate), understanding of governance frameworks and the Three Lines of Defense model.

Nice-to-haves: experience in Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk, or Process Management, and experience in banking/financial services.
