HR Service Delivery Systems Specialist

They operate across multiple countries and are investing in modern HR platforms to improve employee experience, standardize processes, and support scalable global operations.

Job Description: The Global HR Service Delivery Platform Specialist (ServiceNow HRSD) will support a global rollout programme by managing and improving the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform. The role combines functional application management, process optimisation, and hands-on testing to ensure new HR services are introduced smoothly across multiple countries.

Responsibilities: - Own and support the functional management of ServiceNow HRSD within a global rollout programme - Analyse current HR service delivery processes and identify opportunities to improve the user experience and efficiency - Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and practical system solutions - Coordinate and execute user testing activities (including UX testing) and support cutover preparations - Work closely with HR process owners and IT teams to ensure continuity, stable operations, and timely issue resolution - Support compliance with internal policies and relevant legal/controls requirements - Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress clearly across an international set of teams.

Requirements: - Proven, hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) - Strong analytical skills and a structured, continuous-improvement mindset - Experience with testing (UAT/UX testing) and cutover/go-live activities - Confident stakeholder management and the ability to influence across teams - Fluent English (written and spoken) - Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT (or similar) and several years of relevant experience in global HR service delivery / shared services are preferred - Experience with HR system integrations (e.g., SuccessFactors) and document generation tools is a plus.
