A leading international organisation operating within the food and nutrition sector, focused on delivering innovative solutions and continuously improving employee experience through digital transformation. The organisation is investing in strategic HR technology initiatives and business integrations across multiple European locations. We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Lead to drive complex HR transformation initiatives across multiple business integration and technology programmes. This role combines HR integration activities for newly acquired organisations with the implementation and adoption of digital document management capabilities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, business teams and external partners to ensure successful transformation outcomes, business readiness and long term adoption. Responsibilities include leading HR transformation initiatives across multiple integration and technology programmes; developing and executing transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives; coordinating HR integration activities for acquired organisations; driving implementation and adoption of document management solutions within the HR landscape; building alignment between HR, IT, business stakeholders and external implementation partners; preparing steering committee presentations and executive updates; managing programme risks, issues, dependencies and escalation processes; identifying and addressing organisational change impacts; driving business readiness and user adoption activities; supporting transition into operational teams and ensuring sustainable handover; challenging existing ways of working and proposing practical improvement opportunities; monitoring project performance and ensuring delivery against key milestones; and facilitating communication between local and international teams. Requirements include significant experience leading HR transformation, digital transformation or business integration programmes; strong programme and project leadership experience; proven experience working within complex matrix organisations; excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities; experience working with HR technology platforms; SAP SuccessFactors experience is highly desirable; experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations or organisational restructuring initiatives; strong change management and adoption expertise; excellent communication and executive reporting skills; ability to operate strategically while maintaining hands on delivery ownership; fluency in Dutch and English is required; proactive, solution oriented and collaborative working style; and strong risk management and problem solving skills. The role is located in Amersfoort, Utrecht, and the start date is 27 August 2026.
