Omschrijving
Our client, a leading player in the oil and gas sector, is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their team in Bangalore. In this role, you will drive the design and engineering of reliable, cost-effective, and safe HVAC solutions for offshore and shipping vessel projects, directly supporting our client's operational and strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include the selection of methods and procedures, performance of the work, and optimization of the design within the scope of specifications, in compliance with international codes, company and industry standards, and regulations. You will be responsible for planning and completing activities and deliverables within the agreed timeframe, as well as ensuring system interfaces. You will ensure that the Scope of Work is delivered in accordance with both contractual requirements and SBM's internal requirements, apply applicable lessons learned, and coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties. Essential skills and knowledge: an Engineering Degree/Diploma in a Relevant Discipline and 5 to 10 years of experience in relevant engineering/design activities. Strong experience is required in Heat Load Calculation, Vendor Document Review, Package Management Review, HAZID, HAZOP, Regulatory Compliance, and Vessel-related engineering.
