IFS Consultant a.i.

As an Interim Functional IFS ERP Consultant, you will support, optimise and further develop an IFS ERP environment while translating business needs into effective functional solutions. The client is an organisation undergoing a business transformation and requires an experienced consultant to bridge business and IT teams. Our client is an international organization operating within the engineering and infrastructure sector, based in South Holland.

Responsibilities include: analysing and optimising business processes within IFS ERP; gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions; advising stakeholders on the optimal setup and use of IFS; configuring and managing relevant IFS ERP modules; producing functional specifications, impact assessments and documentation; supporting testing activities, including UAT planning and execution; leading change initiatives, releases and implementation activities; and collaborating with users, technical teams and external partners.

The successful applicant must have proven experience as a Functional Consultant, ERP Consultant or Business Analyst within IFS (required), strong hands-on experience with IFS Applications and/or IFS Cloud (preferred), experience with process improvement, requirements analysis, configuration and testing (required), ability to translate business challenges into practical ERP solutions (required), strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Dutch and English (required), and an independent, analytical and pragmatic working style (required).
