IFS Implementation Manager

IFS Implementation Manager | Global ERP Roll-out | Maritime Enterprise. Want to lead your own team in a worldwide IFS Cloud roll-out? For an international maritime enterprise we are looking for several experienced Implementation Managers, each taking their business units from kick-off to a successful go-live. Start on 26 October, based in Rotterdam with room for working from home and international travel.

About the role: As Implementation Manager you lead one of the teams rolling out IFS Cloud worldwide.

You will: Own the implementation for your assigned business units from start to finish: planning, progress, deliverables, milestones and risks; Steer a multidisciplinary project team through testing, cut-over and a successful go-live; Act as the link between the business, local management teams and the central programme, keeping each roll-out in line with the global standards. The programme goes beyond standard ERP: asset management processes such as fleet management and maintenance are part of the new landscape too.

With several teams rolling out in parallel, the lessons learned from your implementation help shape the next waves. You’ll work from Rotterdam, with room to work from home and international travel. The assignment is 40 hours a week for 6 months, with possible extension, and is open to freelancers as well as professionals employed through Levy. Who are you? - 5+ years’ experience as Project Manager, ERP Implementation Manager or ERP Consultant; Proven track record in large-scale ERP implementations and international roll-outs in complex organisations, including go-lives; PRINCE2, IPMA or comparable project management certification; Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders up to management level; Bachelor’s or Master’s level (HBO/WO); Excellent English; Dutch is a plus; Knowledge of IFS Cloud is a strong plus.
