Impact reporting CSRD specialist -Kennis van CSRD belangrijk bij Triodos Bank in Driebergen-rijsenburg. Het betreft een freelance-functie voor 32 uur per week met een looptijd van zo spoedig mogelijk. De salarisindicatie is €125,00 per uur. Reageren kan tot woensdag 14 oktober 2026, 16:00.

Position: Impact Reporting & CSRD Specialist (temporary, freelance preferred). You will support and guide the Impact Reporting team, help set day-to-day priorities, make well-founded optimisation choices and contribute hands‑on to key reporting deliverables.

Key activities and deliverables: Contribute to the execution and delivery of the annual sustainability reporting. Review reported data and qualitative disclosures; support management of the relationship with external auditors. Contribute to the Neso project to ensure defined data requirements are implemented in source systems after go-live and can be reported through the EDW. Support the transition away from Excel-driven and manual reporting processes.

Provide focused attention to T-IM from an annual reporting perspective, including timelines, data quality and escalation where required. Contribute to continuous improvement and help establish the foundation for more structural solutions. Develop and start execution of an Impact Reporting business plan with attention to team development, improvement of the annual reporting process, adaptation to new ESRS standards and continuous improvement across T-IM, Neso, NbS and spreadsheet usage.

Candidate profile: Strong project and stakeholder management skills; decisive and result-oriented approach; solid knowledge of and experience with reporting and reporting processes; good understanding of CSRD regulations; ability to set clear priorities and navigate complex reporting topics.

Working arrangement: Type: Temporary assignment; freelance preferred. Availability for the full assignment period is required.
