In search of a SOUND MIXER for WdKA Graduation Film

BLUE MAN IN ORANGE is a graduation short film from the Willem de Koning Academie, which is nominated for the Lions Film Award in Rotterdam and is applying for several other festivals around Europe. The fictional film is about a middle-aged immigrant who wants to learn to swim the day before the Nieuwjaarsduik, and it's heavy on surreal sound design and textured soundscapes. We offer a compensation of 200 euros for the mix, since we are a student production on a relatively low budget.

Our sound designer will provide everything you need to start your process.

Type: student production.

Location: Rotterdam. We're looking for an experienced sound mixer to put together a strong 5.1 surround mix for the film before our first screening on November 12th.

Period: 21st October until 6th November (end date can change).

Requirements: experience in the sound studio, and with 5.1 mixes, is required. Can work remotely, but deadlines and communication are very important.

Language: English/Dutch.
