As Security Threat Analysis Expert you will play pivotal role in design and implementation of the Insider Threat programme, with a strong focus on User and Entity Behaviour Analytics (UEBA) capabilities, governance setup, tool evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. In this role, you will: Insider Threat Programme Support: Coordinate stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather requirements; Support development of policies, procedures, and playbooks; Contribute to programme tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Governance Setup & Oversight: Support design and implementation of the Insider Threat governance such as Steering committees, expert groups etc.; Support development of Policies and standards for Insider Threat programme; Support creation of KPIs, risk metrics, and governance reporting. UEBA & Tool Selection Support: Support evaluation and comparison of UEBA tools; Coordinate RFP/RFI processes, vendor demos, and evaluations; Assist in defining functional and non-functional requirements; Support proof-of-concept (PoC) activities and evaluation criteria.

Stakeholder & Programme Coordination: Coordinate across as SOC, Fraud, IT Security, Risk, and Legal, HR and Workers Council to ensure aligned operational processes; Prepare executive updates, meeting materials, and summaries; Track key actions, risks, and dependencies.

Must Haves: 6-10 years experience with cybersecurity principles, ideally in Insider Threat / Detection; Familiarity with UEBA, SIEM, or security analytics tools; Experience and knowledge of the European financial services regulatory environment; We are looking for someone relatively senior.
