Interim Accountant

Opdracht voor een Interim Accountant bij een fintech-bedrijf in Amsterdam, met rapportage aan een US parent. De opdracht duurt 3 maanden. Indicatie uurtarief en aantal uren per week zijn niet vermeld.

Opleidingsniveau: Bachelor / HBO.

Sector: FinTech, PSP, Crypto. Profiel van de geschikte interim professional: Hands-on experience as an accounting manager or senior accountant, preferably within fintech; Knowledge of Dutch GAAP and statutory reporting; Background within a regulated financial services organisation, with AFM exposure regarded as an advantage; Fluent English, Dutch is a plus; NetSuite multi-entity experience and US GAAP reporting to a US parent considered a nice to have.

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden: Perform month-end close and reporting for the Dutch entity to the US parent; Ensure financial records are complete, accurate and compliant with IFRS during monthly, quarterly and annual close processes; Manage Dutch statutory reporting and liaise with the local auditor; Handle VAT and other local filings; Coordinate intercompany accounting and support transfer pricing documentation; Coordinate with the US controller and finance team.
