Taken & verantwoordelijkheden: Assignment for a Fintech company in Amsterdam, supporting the Dutch entity and its UK cost-plus entity. - Oversee the monthly closing process and reporting from the Dutch entity to its US parent company - Ensure financial records are accurate and comply with local and international (IFRS) standards for monthly, quarterly and annual closes - Handle Dutch statutory reporting and liaise with the local auditor - Take care of VAT and other local filings - Oversee intercompany accounting and support transfer pricing documentation - Coordinate with the US controller and finance team.

Profiel van de geschikte interim professional: - Hands-on experience as accounting manager or senior accountant, preferably within fintech - Knowledge of Dutch GAAP and statutory reporting - Background within a regulated financial services organisation, with AFM exposure considered an advantage - Strong command of English, with Dutch as an advantage - NetSuite multi-entity experience and US GAAP reporting to a US parent are a nice-to-have.
