Omschrijving
Morgan Green is looking for an Interim Customer Operations Specialist for a large organization based in Gelderland. In this role you are responsible for the smooth and accurate execution of the entire Order-to-Cash process for international export customers. You act as the key link between customers, logistics partners and internal departments, dealing with order processing, export documentation, delivery monitoring, complaint handling and resolving operational issues. You also contribute to process improvement, digitalization and automation, working with systems and platforms such as SAP, EDI and customer portals. Your activities include: order management, logistics coordination, issue management and stakeholder management. Requirements: HBO level; 2+ years of experience in customer operations; experience in the FMCG or food industry; extensive experience with the full Order-to-Cash process; extensive experience with SAP or a similar ERP system; good command of Dutch and English. Employment conditions: starting in September, fulltime, contract for approximately 10 months. This temporary project is not suitable for ZZP'ers; Morgan Green offers a secondment (detachering) construction for the project duration (they handle payroll and you retain social rights such as WW).
