About the Role: We are seeking an Employer Branding Specialist to support global employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives assignment. The role focuses on campaign optimization, social media content creation, career site development, and enhancing the overall candidate experience. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition and regional teams to ensure consistent employer brand messaging across global markets. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns; Own and maintain the global content calendar; Create engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok; Produce compelling copy and storytelling content to strengthen employer branding; Develop and update career site landing pages; Support candidate journey optimization and EVP activation; Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and regional employer branding teams; Ensure consistent global employer branding across regions; Monitor analytics and campaign performance metrics; Recommend improvements based on data insights and performance trends. Requirements: Strong experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Brand Management or Communications; Proven experience creating social media content and managing content calendars; Experience with career websites, landing pages and candidate journey optimization; Strong copywriting and content creation skills; Experience with recruitment campaigns and job marketing; Data driven approach to content and campaign optimization; Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment; Strong stakeholder management skills; Fluent in English and Dutch; Experience managing projects independently is preferred; Employer branding experience within larger international organizations is desirable.
