Are you an experienced Interim Finance Integration & Reporting Specialist RA looking for a challenging assignment in the North Brabant & South Holland Region? For our client, we are seeking an Interim Finance Integration & Reporting Specialist RA on short notice. This opportunity is based in the North Brabant & South Holland Region, with required on-site presence in both Dordrecht and Veghel. Following a recent acquisition, the acquired business will continue to operate as an independent business unit.

At the same time, its financial reporting and processes need to be aligned with the reporting requirements of the wider group. This makes the role of Interim Finance Integration & Reporting Specialist RA in the North Brabant & South Holland Region both hands-on and highly relevant. Our client can best be described as a technically oriented, project-driven organization operating within the broader infrastructure environment. Tasks and responsibilities: analyzing and comparing the financial processes of both organizations, assessing and harmonizing work in progress positions (WIP/OHW), reconciling and improving the monthly reporting process, analyzing differences in accounting policies and valuation principles, translating reporting from Dutch GAAP to IFRS, and advising on a consistent financial way of working and reporting structure. We are looking for a professional with an RA / accounting background, extensive experience within a project-driven environment, strong financial and accounting expertise, a hands-on mindset, the ability to quickly identify the core of financial processes and project positions, availability to work on-site in both Dordrecht and Veghel, availability for 32-40 hours per week, availability to start ASAP and no later than the end of October, availability for a period of 3 to 4 months, and experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, installation, or energy is a strong plus.

The offer includes an hourly rate indication of €90-€100 per hour based on 40 hours and depending on experience and educational background, an interim / freelance assignment, a challenging assignment following a recent acquisition, the opportunity to play a key role in financial integration, reporting alignment, and process improvement, and a dynamic working environment within the North Brabant & South Holland Region.
