Interim Group Material Planning Lead — Verwachte opdrachtduur: 10-12 months (with a possible extension), fulltime position.

Profiel van het bedrijf: develops and supplies innovative products and services to keep homes warm and comfortable. From heat pumps and boilers for residential properties to advanced systems for commercial buildings.

Profiel van de opdracht: Objective of this role is to establish and drive the group-wide material planning framework for critical components and strategic suppliers. The assignment focuses on standardizing planning processes, leading CPFR, improving material availability, coordinating supply risk mitigation & supporting the S&OP/S&OE process. Acting across multiple production sites, strengthen collaboration between Procurement, Supply Planning, Manufacturier & suppliers while building consistent planning capabilities.

Profiel van de manager: 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning within a multi-site or international environment. You have strong expertise in material and supply planning, supplier collaboration and supply risk management. You influence stakeholders in matrix organizations, combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, and excel in communication & change management. Experience with Power BI, AI-enabled planning tools, project management methodologies & organizational transformation is highly desirable.
