Interim IT Infrastructure Lead

The Interim IT Infrastructure Lead is a 40-hour assignment in Amsterdam, with a start date as soon as possible and a duration of 3 to 6 months. The role involves managing the local IT landscape, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency. Responsibilities include server, storage, client, and network environment management, administration of local VMware virtualization, storage systems, and data rooms, collaboration with global IT teams, IT project planning and implementation, ensuring compliance with IT infrastructure standards, managing team workflows, and supporting M&A activities.

Requirements include strong IT infrastructure understanding, Microsoft/Office 365, Server OS, common platforms, target architecture analysis/implementation, leadership skills, 5+ years general IT operations, 3+ years in international/distributed IT, Microsoft/Citrix experience, project management/ITIL skills, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (preferred), and soft skills such as service orientation, excellent communication (fluent English), planning, project management, and problem-solving.
