Omschrijving
The IOS Developer will build software applications by using relevant development languages and applying knowledge of systems, services and tools appropriate for the business area. Responsibilities include writing readable and reusable code using standard patterns and libraries, refactoring and simplifying code by introducing design patterns when necessary, and ensuring quality by following standard testing techniques and methods that adhere to the test strategy. The developer will maintain data security, integrity and quality by following company standards and best practices. They will own a service end to end by actively monitoring application health and performance, setting relevant metrics and acting when violated, reduce risk and obtain customer feedback using continuous delivery and experimentation frameworks, and independently manage an application or service through deployment and operations in production. For software systems design, the developer will evaluate possible architecture solutions considering cost, business requirements, technology requirements and emerging technologies, describe implications of changing or adding systems, and design solutions that meet current and future needs. Critical thinking involves systematically identifying patterns and underlying issues and finding solutions using logical and analytical thinking. Required special knowledge and skills: 10-12 years of experience, Swift, able to help the Android dev architecturally, able to lead architectural changes, strong technical stakeholder management, able to work closely with team members and stakeholders, able to lead the migration project Pearl to Java, self starters with high agency, and acting as a strategic partner of the team.
