Omschrijving
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience in the Insurance sector to support a strategic transformation programme. You will bridge business and technology by gathering requirements, optimising processes, supporting Agile delivery teams, and driving successful user adoption. Our client operates within the insurance sector and is active across several European markets. As part of a major transformation initiative, they are migrating from a legacy system to a modern in-house solution to enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and support future scalability. The role involves leading stakeholder workshops and gathering, validating, and prioritising business requirements; performing fit-gap analyses and assessing the impact of proposed solution changes; translating business requirements into user stories, business rules, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria; collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle; coordinating UAT planning, execution, defect management, and business sign-off; and supporting rollout activities, training, change management, and user adoption. The successful applicant has proven experience as a Business Analyst within transformation or implementation projects, experience within the Insurance sector, strong experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and requirements gathering, is experienced in business process analysis, process modelling, and stakeholder management, is comfortable working with both business and technical teams, and is fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Available to start ASAP, latest mid-September. Hours: 32 - 40. Location: Rotterdam.
