Our client is seeking a dedicated IT Compliance Analyst to join their dynamic team. As an IT Compliance Analyst, you will be an integral part of the IT Digital Systems & Compliance department supporting the company's digital platform operations. The role is located at 15900 Valley View Court, Sylmar, CA and is onsite. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment. Responsibilities include supporting the company's digital platforms by ensuring website performance, usability, and operational stability; monitoring website analytics, generating reports, and tracking performance metrics; documenting processes, troubleshooting steps, and updates; collaborating with developers, designers, and IT teams to implement enhancements, patches, and new features; and performing regular audits to ensure compliance with accessibility standards, security protocols, and brand guidelines. Required experience includes Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and backend web applications such as S3, ESL, TIBCO; understanding of basic web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently; strong communication skills; and a background in IT support, web administration, or digital operations with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
