For a large multinational client in Amsterdam, Sanders & Creemers is looking for a Freelance IT Hypercare Analyst.
Information: 40 hours per week; Start date: ASAP; Duration: 16+ months.
Key responsibilities: Lead hypercare planning, mobilisation and go-live readiness. Coordinate technology stabilisation, managing incidents, defects and dependencies. Run IT Command Centre meetings, escalations and action tracking. Monitor technology health, business impact, risks and service performance through reporting and insights.
