Omschrijving
Our client is an internationally operating technology-driven organisation with multiple locations across the Netherlands. The company develops innovative solutions for professional markets and is investing significantly in digital transformation, cybersecurity and IT governance to support future growth. As IT Manager / IT Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for the overall IT strategy, governance and operational excellence within a growing international organisation.
You will drive IT maturity, cybersecurity, compliance and business transformation while acting as a key advisor to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include: develop and execute the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives; lead and develop a team across multiple locations; drive cybersecurity, data privacy and compliance initiatives; manage IT projects and transformation programmes; oversee application management, infrastructure and IT/OT environments; ensure audit readiness and maintain robust documentation, governance and security standards. The successful applicant has experience within an international IT environment, proven leadership experience managing IT teams and stakeholders, strong expertise in cybersecurity, privacy, compliance and audit preparation, a background in Information Technology, Business Informatics or related field, and is able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
The role is available to start as soon as possible, 32-40 hours per week, for 6 months.
