Pauwels Consulting is recruiting an IT Project Manager – Application Integration & Data Management for a leading telecommunications infrastructure provider focused on expanding high-speed digital connectivity. This role serves as a vital link between internal business units and external IT suppliers to drive application performance and system integration.
Responsibilities: Analyze user requirements and collaborate with external partners to design effective technical solutions. Coordinate cross-application implementations and integrations while maintaining the integrity of the overarching data model. Lead multiple IT projects, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and third-party IT vendors. Oversee validation activities and participate in active testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Monitor application availability and security while implementing continuous improvements to the IT landscape. Manage implementation risks and challenge business requests to ensure alignment with technical governance.
Requirements: Experience in professional roles such as IT Functional Analyst, Project Manager, or Data Expert. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent expertise. Experience with IT Governance processes, specifically focusing on Release Management and Change Management. Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate data-level issues independently. Clear and proactive communication, capable of managing relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Native Dutch with a strong knowledge of English.
Nice to Have: Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes or the Telecom industry. Technical familiarity with SQL, Scripting, or ETL processing. Experience working with GIS data. Curiosity regarding emerging IT evolutions and a drive for continuous optimization.
