Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join their Capital Markets department supporting treasury and funding applications. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java/Spring Boot REST services for treasury and funding applications; collaborating closely with Treasury business partners, Scrum Masters, Feature Leads, and Technology managers; engaging directly with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements; delivering successful implementations such as Long-Term Debt Issuance booking and Hedging capabilities for Corporate Treasury; and developing trading solutions for Long-Term Debt Issuance booking and FAS 133-compliant hedging using Swaps and Swaptions. Required experience: 7+ years of experience with Java (Spring Boot / Spring Framework) and RESTful API development; strong experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL; proficiency in Object-Oriented Design & Programming (OOD/OOP); experience working on financial services projects, especially Treasury or Capital Markets; and knowledge of automated unit testing tools like JUnit and Mockito.
