Eisen

Omschrijving
On behalf of our client in the Oil and Gas sector, we are seeking a dedicated Job Performer - E&I to join our client's team on a contract basis in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role is central to ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality execution of Electrical & Instrumentation activities on site, leading crews, coordinating daily work and maintaining high standards of productivity and compliance. Key responsibilities include: ensuring the crew is educated with HSE rules and fully complies with them; allocating work to workers on a daily basis; supervising the work and ensuring productivity is maintained; defining and requesting equipment and materials; keeping records of work and time sheets; calling for inspection when parts of the work are ready per the quality control plan; guiding and assisting workers technically; ensuring work is performed at required quality standards; and performing any other related duties. Essential skills and knowledge: High School, Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline; minimum 3-4 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC projects; mandatory approval and existing account in ADNOC; strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and construction activities; familiarity with PTW (Permit to Work) systems and isolation procedures; knowledge of ADNOC safety requirements; experience working in live operating plants is preferred; good communication and team coordination skills.
