Junior Engineering Document Controller

Our client is delivering a large-scale high voltage substation EPC project and needs a junior document controller to support the project team with documentation management, reporting, and consolidating information across multiple stakeholders and disciplines. The role plays a key part in keeping project records accurate and supporting project controls throughout the project lifecycle. Key skills and experience required: junior professional with an engineering, technical, or similar background; strong organizational and administrative skills, comfortable managing large volumes of project information; confident coordinating information across a multidisciplinary project team, with strong communication skills.

Familiarity with BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and/or Forma preferred; basic knowledge of AutoCAD highly desirable; previous exposure to infrastructure, energy, utilities, or industrial projects is advantageous.

Contract details: Client Location – Winschoten, Netherlands; Remote work offering – 20% (80% onsite presence required, limited hybrid flexibility); Client Industry – Energy Infrastructure / High Voltage Substation EPC; Contract Length – 12 months; Contract type – Freelance.
