Junior / medior SAP Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder

Amoria Bond is looking for a Junior+ or Medior Functional SAP Application Manager for an international organisation. You will act as the link between the business and IT. You will be responsible for the continuity of the SAP environment, supporting end users and key users, and coordinating external SAP partners on incidents, changes and improvements. You will work within a modern SAP S/4HANA landscape, covering business processes including Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Logistics, Reporting & Finance, and Master Data.

Technical management is largely outsourced, meaning you will take functional ownership and act as the key link between the business and external suppliers. What will you do? Functional management of SAP S/4HANA, Handle incidents, user questions and change requests, Manage JIRA tickets with external support partners, Monitor SLAs, progress and solution quality, Analyse issues within SAP and connected interfaces, Test changes and support releases, Identify and implement process improvements, Act as the first point of contact for key users and Business Process Owners.

Your Profile: HBO-level education or equivalent experience, 2-5 years of experience as a Functional SAP Application Manager, Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, Knowledge of SAP SD and MM, Basic knowledge of SAP EWM and FI/CO, Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem & Change Management, Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems, Basic knowledge of SAP Customizing and ABAP is an advantage, Fluent in Dutch and English.
