Role Description: We are looking for a motivated Junior Support Engineer to join a Technology team supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent IT or Computer Science graduate to start their career in a hands-on technology environment. The role focuses on supporting shop-floor technologies, including printers, scanners, production systems, and end-user IT equipment, while providing opportunities to grow into broader systems administration responsibilities. Responsibilities: Provide technical support for manufacturing and warehouse operations. Maintain and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and production systems. Support software updates, patching, and routine IT maintenance. Deploy and configure IT equipment for end users. Assist with implementing new technology solutions and process improvements. Create technical documentation and support user training. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable system performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience; recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
