Our client, a leading organization in the technology and healthcare industry, is seeking a Lab Technical Support - Device Test II to join their team. As a Lab Technical Support - Device Test II, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting Study Coordination & Execution. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive communication, problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Sunnyvale, CA - onsite - 12 month contract with possibility of extension. Pay Range: $28-35/hr + Benefits. Responsibilities include coordinating the planning and execution of internal and external study sessions based on protocols and operating procedures provided by full-time staff; preparing devices and materials, supporting session setup and teardown, and ensuring consistent, repeatable execution with minimal operator-induced variance; driving study readiness by coordinating internal/external approvals, maintaining documentation, and tracking status and timelines to prevent schedule slips; setting up and maintaining study equipment and prototypes, performing pre-session checks, and coordinating troubleshooting or repairs with technical owners to minimize downtime; and managing participant scheduling, handling cancellations/reschedules, sending reminders, and optimizing lab and calendar utilization for efficient session flow. Requirements include experience coordinating human-subject sessions, including scheduling, participant flow, and adherence to protocols; comfort handling prototypes and lab equipment for session setup, basic verification checks, and troubleshooting; excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple schedules and dependencies; strong communication skills to interact professionally with participants and cross-functional teams; and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues independently and adapt quickly while maintaining protocol fidelity.
