Large Capex Project Manager

The role is for a Large Capex Project Manager in Denderleeuw, Belgium, for 40 hours per week.

Our client is entering an exciting phase of growth, with a major investment programme aimed at significantly expanding its industrial operations. At the heart of these ambitions is a large-scale brownfield project with an estimated investment of €130 million. You will join at an early stage of this ambitious initiative, with considerable autonomy and direct exposure to senior leadership. We are looking for an experienced project professional who combines conceptual thinking and financial awareness with a solid understanding of industrial processes and energy systems.

Requirements include extensive experience in large-scale CAPEX projects within a process-driven industrial environment, understanding of industrial processes, energy and mass balances, ability to translate complex technical and operational challenges into clear project concepts, effective communication with different personalities and levels, and fluency in English. Experience in energy, biogas, bioenergy or other process-intensive industries would be particularly relevant.
