- Expertise in enterprise and solution architecture, governance, risk management and compliance
- Ownership, accountability and mature decision-making
- Strategic and conceptual thinking at a high level
- Ability to translate complex IT landscapes into clear architectural roadmaps and target states
- Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken
- Strong consulting mindset with focus on customer value
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Excellent communicator, facilitator and presenter
- Proven experience in modernization initiatives, digital transformation and large-scale delivery environments
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in IT architecture role
- Natural inclination for coaching and mentoring others
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills within customer environments
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (CIO/CDO/CTO level)
