Lead delivery of a $80M+ luxury high-rise project. Manage programme, cost, quality, design and construction. Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders. Lead and develop the project team. Manage project risks, design issues and commercial outcomes. Work closely with senior leadership, clients and consultants. Essential skills: Proven Project Manager experience with a head contractor. Must have delivered high-rise residential projects valued at $80M+. Luxury / high-end apartment experience highly regarded. Strong construction methodology, programming and commercial skills. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management. Australian or New Zealand head contractor experience required.
