In het kort: Je gaat als lead contractmanager NEC4-raamcontracten met de hoofdaannemer beheren, een contractteam aansturen, contractuele prestaties bewaken, nieuwe contracten sluiten, geschillen voorkomen en interfaces tussen grote bouwcontracten coördineren. Opdrachtomschrijving Role Summary As a Lead Contract Manager you are responsible for the management of framework agreement with the General Contractor for construction of the Reactor Project.

In the framework agreement, multiple NEC4 ECC Type contracts are defined to construct the scope of the nuclear island and the off-plot scope. The Lead Contract Manager is manager of a team of NEC4 specialist contract managers. The Lead Contract manager is responsible for the overall contractual performance of the General Contractor. The Lead Contract Manage is responsible for: – Train the contract managers of the NEC4 contracts in proper contract management; – Managing KPI’s of the contract team for the General Contractor; – Managing project requirements from the framework agreement; – Preparation and closing of new NEC4 ECC Type C contracts with the General Contractor; – Management of contractual interfaces between multiple construction contracts; – Supervision of procurement and contracting strategy of the General Contractor; – Supervision of subcontractors of the General Contractor in the NEC4-contracts; – Supervision of procurement process in NEC4 contracts; – Application of Material Project Agreements with the Ministry on behalf of the credit agreement; – Application for Payment process with the General Contractor; – Management of contractual provisions under NEC4-contracts; – Management escalations to Management board in construction contracts; – Supporting Dispute Avoidance Board in dispute resolution; Kandidaatomschrijving Essential The candidate has: – Master Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or a recognised equivalent; – At least 10-years of experience in Contract Management in infrastructure projects or nuclear industry; – At least 5 years of experience in preparation, managing and closing of NEC4 ECC Type C contracts and subcontracts; – At least 5 years of experience in management of contract and procurement teams; – Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 19443; Other Requirements The PALLAS reactor is being built in Petten, so travel to Petten will be required.

The main office location is also Petten. VGB-B security screening is required. Fluency in English (required); Dutch language skills are an advantage. Toelichting op rooster Main office location is Petten and desirable to be at the office during work hours.

– A Master Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or a recognised equivalent. – At least 10 years of experience in Contract Management. – At least 10 years of experience in major capital projects/highly regulated environment (e.g., nuclear, infrastructure, or industrial projects). – Fluent in English – VGB-B security screening is required. – Proof of insurance, certified copy of the policies. – Degree certificate

– At least 10 years of experience in major infrastructure projects or the nuclear industry. – Demonstrable experience in the preparation, management and close-out of NEC4 ECC Option C contracts and subcontracts. – At least 5 years of experience leading and developing contract management and procurement teams. – Experience in monitoring contractual performance, KPIs, risks, changes and financial commitments. – Experience coordinating multiple construction contracts and managing escalations and disputes. – Experience in procurement strategies, procurement processes, and overseeing main contractors and subcontractors. – Knowledge of payment processes, contractual obligations and project financing agreements. – Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 19443, preferably in a complex or nuclear project environment. – The ability to coach contract managers and engage effectively with the General Contractor, project leadership and management board. – Work experience as Lead Contract Manager: Does the candidate at least have 5 years of experience in management of contract and procurement teams with experience in preparation, managing and closing of NEC4 ECC Type C contracts and subcontracts.
