Start date: ASAP. Interim assignment (6-12 months). Full-time (40 hours). For one of our clients in the construction industry, I am currently looking for an experienced Interim Lead Engineer / Technical Coordinator to strengthen and further professionalize the engineering department. In this role you will be responsible for: leading and coordinating a team of 9-10 engineers; driving engineering improvements and standardization initiatives; combining technical leadership with hands-on operational involvement; working at the interface of Engineering, Production and Operations.
Requirements: experience as Lead Engineer, Technical Coordinator or Project Engineer; strong background in manufacturing and engineering environments; knowledge of engineering processes, technical documentation and PDM systems; a pragmatic, structured and improvement-driven mindset; ZZP and based in the Netherlands; Dutch and English language skills.
