Omschrijving
A leading food production company with a strong presence in the European snack and convenience-food market produces a wide range of frozen food products at the Oudkarspel site. As Lead worker (Meewerkend Voorman), you are the link between production management and employees on the shop floor. You combine hands-on production work with coordinating and coaching colleagues to ensure production runs safely, efficiently and according to plan. You will work in a 2-shift system and become a key point of contact for operators and team leaders. If you perform well, there is the opportunity to be taken over by the client and join their team directly after the agency period. Responsibilities include coordinating daily production activities, working hands-on in production/preparation/packaging, guiding and coaching staff, giving safety and work instructions, monitoring quality and food safety, handling operational issues and minor technical disturbances, escalating complex problems, maintaining 5S and SMED standards, and supporting training. Requirements: MBO working and thinking level, at least 2 years relevant experience in a production/food environment, experience with HACCP and Food Defence, knowledge of allergens and food safety, comfortable giving safety instructions, good command of Dutch, hands-on and decisive, strong communication and coaching skills, quality- and results-oriented, willing to work in a 2-shift system.
