Experience in a regulated, quality-driven industry (pharma, aerospace or food processing) with strict documentation and GMP knowledge
Background in managing or actively assisting change controls and quality investigations
Proactive, resilient and hands-on working style
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to uncover root causes
Lean Black Belt certificate, or proven experience equivalent to it in guiding complex Lean projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills within a matrix organisation
HBO/Bachelor's degree combined with at least 3 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives

Volledige omschrijving

The assignment focuses on driving Lean and continuous improvement in a pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden:

- Execute Lean projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support the site's manufacturing improvement strategy

- Analyse end-to-end manufacturing and transactional processes through gemba walks and value stream mapping

- Develop standard work plans, visual management tools and skills matrices together with site teams

- Streamline business processes and run Kaizen events to advance the Tier management system

- Build and manage a continuous improvement project pipeline aimed at 2027

- Coach shop floor employees in applying practical Lean tools such as spaghetti diagrams and workplace organisation

- Identify bottlenecks and non-value-adding activities through ongoing trend analyses

- Perform root-cause analyses and monitor KPI systems to secure sustainable improvements

- Guide change controls and quality investigations in line with GMP requirements

- Translate the Johnson & Johnson Credo and leadership principles into everyday decisions and interactions
