Omschrijving
On behalf of our client, a World Leading Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Learning Specialist / Advisor to support the deployment of SAP S/4HANA learning solutions across the Australian business. This will be a contract role up to December 2027, based in the Perth CBD. Reporting to the Change Management Lead, this role will partner with global teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to design, develop and deploy learning materials, manage training delivery activities, and support learning governance and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities include: designing and developing learning solutions and role-based curricula using SAP S/4HANA; creating instructor-led training materials, job aids, simulations and videos; partnering with global teams and vendors to localise learning content; supporting curriculum development and learning deployment planning; engaging with business leaders, SMEs and project stakeholders regarding learning activities and schedules; utilising Workday Learning, Degreed (iLearn), CMS and WalkMe; supporting UAT activities, deployment, reporting and adoption tracking; maintaining learning governance, standards and documentation; coordinating training scheduling, tracking and deployment activities; and managing vendor relationships, contracts and deliverables.
Essential skills and knowledge: experience designing and developing learning solutions in SAP S/4HANA; strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; experience developing instructor-led and digital learning resources; experience working with learning technologies and learning management systems; strong organisational and coordination skills; experience working with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
