Volledige omschrijving

Our client is seeking an experienced LIMS System Administrator to provide operational support for the administration and maintenance of master data within LabWare Version 7. This is not a development, implementation, or programming role. The focus is on the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of data and system settings required for the effective operation of the LIMS environment. The successful consultant must already possess hands-on experience with LabWare and be capable of contributing from day one.

Internal onboarding will cover company-specific processes and operating procedures only; no technical LabWare training will be provided. Key stakeholders include the LIMS Support Team, Laboratory End Users, Business Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Quality Teams, and Digital & IT Teams. Key responsibilities include administering and maintaining master data within LabWare Version 7, configuring and maintaining analytical methods, specifications, and sampling plans, managing LabWare formats and templates, ensuring system configurations align with business processes and procedures, collaborating with laboratory users and stakeholders, maintaining data quality, consistency, and compliance, following established internal processes, and supporting the resolution and prioritization of system-related requests.

Typical activities include creating and updating master data, configuring methods, specifications, and sampling plans, reviewing and processing user requests, engaging with laboratory and business users, verifying data accuracy, and managing incoming support and configuration requests. The candidate profile is primarily a Medior-level LIMS System Administrator, although experienced senior professionals may also be considered. Must-have skills include proven hands-on experience with LIMS LabWare, strong knowledge of LabWare Version 7 (or a closely related version), experience with master data administration and configuration, experience managing LabWare formats and templates, understanding of analytical methods, specifications, and sampling plans, ability to understand and translate business processes into system configurations, ability to work independently with limited onboarding, and experience interacting directly with end users and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-have skills include experience in a pharmaceutical or other regulated environment, understanding of laboratory operations, previous experience within a GMP or pharmaceutical setting, and professional proficiency in French.

Language requirements: French is strongly preferred due to interactions with French-speaking users. Candidates with excellent English communication skills will also be considered; however, French-speaking candidates will have a clear advantage. The working model is hybrid, with a preferred presence of 2 days per week onsite. Some flexibility may be discussed, and availability to attend onsite meetings when required is essential.
