Our client is a fast-paced, international technology company based in the Rotterdam area, providing advanced connectivity solutions for environments where failure is not an option (ships at sea, remote installations, high-security operations). The role of Logistics Coordinator involves managing international shipments from order to delivery, coordinating with suppliers, internal teams and customers, handling administrative and operational aspects such as arranging transport, managing returns, processing orders, and ensuring customs compliance. You will work with modern ERP systems, support internal projects, improve processes, and participate in the team's shared duty phone rotation. The role requires a completed MBO level 4 diploma or equivalent, preferably in logistics or administration; living in the area of Rotterdam or The Hague; 3 to 5 years of experience in international logistics including customs handling; strong command of English (other languages are a plus); familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics AX) and MS Office; a proactive, structured and detail-oriented working style; strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments; comfort in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
