M365 Solution Designer – Copilot & SharePoint Online

Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is looking for a specialist to architect digital workplace solutions. This role involves translating complex business needs into functional technical specifications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a focus on AI integration and platform governance.

Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into detailed solution breakdowns and workload estimations for M365 applications. Configure and customize Microsoft 365 applications and third-party solutions to meet specific organizational specifications. Design and implement AI-driven solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and lightweight agents. Define and enforce governance policies to ensure security and compliance across the digital environment.

Organize and deliver workshops to increase business awareness of platform capabilities and best practices. Formalize technical documentation for solution hand-over and long-term maintenance. Apply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices to ensure the quality and sustainability of M365 solutions.

Requirements: You have 5+ years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices applied to Microsoft 365 solutions. You possess 4+ years of professional experience with Microsoft 365 applications, specifically SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Planner. You bring 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring and customizing Microsoft 365 applications and integrated third-party solutions. You have 3+ years of experience working in project environments including Scrum meetings and steering committees.

You're experienced with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Copilot Chat, Copilot Agents, and enterprise AI scenarios. You possess experience defining and enforcing Microsoft 365 governance, security, and functional requirements. You have knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Centers and platform operational best practices. You're effective at capturing and formalizing business requirements through multi-entity stakeholder interaction. You hold a Master’s degree in Information Technology.

You are fluent in Dutch (minimum C1) and English (minimum C1) with a good understanding of French (minimum B1).

Nice to Haves: Experience in the transport sector or within large-scale organizations of over 22,000 employees. Demonstrated awareness of security and compliance in Microsoft 365 solution delivery.

Offer: Start date: 02/11/2026.

Duration: Until 31/12/2027.

Work regime: Full-time.

Location: Brussels.

Working model: Hybrid with onsite requirements in Brussels for up to five days per week as required.

Contract: Open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
