You are responsible for managing the GMP water, BMS & EMS asset package, so that the current and future installation availability of the production installation is adequate.

This means that the utility systems are delivered with optimal reliability, quality and costs. The maintenance department at Johnson & Johnson is a dynamic mix of colleagues from different countries. Present investment plans during budget rounds with input from the Business System Owner (BSO). Involved in the management of changes (MoC) during design, commissioning and qualification, assessing the impact and feasibility of the proposed change for their area of expertise, ensuring that the change is supported by relevant data and summarizing the acceptability of the data in support of the change.

Support the BSO with installations that meet the reliability and quality requirements. Identifying required implementation activities for their area of expertise and carry out implementation activities if applicable. Support engineering projects and be actively involved in the handover stage to ensure operational readiness and GMP compliance of BMS and EMS systems. Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Johnson & Johnson requirements (GMP, EHS, FIN, Manufacturing Asset Management).

How to Succeed: You recognise yourself in this: You are a proactive professional with a strong focus on reliability and quality. You feel most at home in a dynamic work environment where you can use your analytical skills to develop long-term investments and improve systems. You work closely with multidisciplinary teams and have the ability to make decisions independently and manage change. Your results-oriented approach and responsibility are essential in everything you do.
